This is a safe, affordable, and convenient place to live. Maintenance issues are responded to quickly. Friendly office staff.

I love living in this area and have referred my entire family and friends to live here. I think the rent increases need to be stablized because if not, it will force some people to move out. I spent 24 years in the military and I know that alot of the juniior military familites struggle form pay day to payday and they say th eincreases are too often. To my understanding from many people, the rent has gone up every year. Like I said, it's not a problem for me but some of the elderly and younger folks who work hard to take care of their familites have to continue worrying about the rent every year. At what point will the rent be capped. I also appreciate the maintenance folks because they respond right away and get outside ocntractors in to fix what they can't in a timely fashion. The staff is friendly and seem to be holding people accountable and being consistent with making the neighborhood look better. I think the park area needs to look like the picuture on the website.

It's a great place to get way from the city. My favorite part is to come home on a Friday after work and not have to worry about going back into town. It's a small get a way where you still have the feeling of home. The staff is great and always helpful when it comes to asking questions. I had my doubts at first but Windsor Crossing has been a great move.

The Windsor Crossing community is spacious and generally very quiet. I appreciate the privacy and the convenience to Airway Heights and Spokane. The units are fairly comfortable and the layout is simple and useful. Windsor Crossing has convenient access to many Cheney public schools with new ones being built.

Rent is very reasonable

Windsor crossing is family oriented community who caters to the families needs. They are the most professional and helpful staff. The amenities are fantastic.

My family has lived here for a little over a year & we love it! We love having our own fenced yard and our our space. We have neighbors but they are not on top or underneath us. We have found Windsor Crossing to be affordable, friendly staff & a great maintenance crew. It is a very family Friendly community and we plan to stay here for several years.

I love living here because it is a clean and safe neighborhood and the neighbors are wonderful.

Very nice community, very well maintained and the Office and Maintenance Staff are the best!

I would say it is a really fun safe environment for my child. I like that it is out of town enough to get the country feel but close enough to run to town if needed. I also would tell them how wonderful the office staff are and how incredible Sherry and her maintance team are, they are very quick and efficient. To sum it up I think Windsor Crossing is the perfect community to live in. The only complaint I have is the parking, I wish I had a little more parking beside my house or a lot we could park RV's in.

Wonderful homey environment. Most the most part all other tennants keep places looking respectable. Could not have made a better selection in choosing where I wanted to make my home.

The communiy is a great place to live. Houses may be old but the staff maintain thems well.
